Many years in the future, on an alternate version of Earth, one man rules all. The God-King himself, Zaire. After his home, called Sovereignty, was destroyed by a nuclear strike orchestrated by The Syndicate (A collection of all the other nations of the world). He and his army of millions resurfaced from the ashes and shaped the new world in his image. Capturing all those he felt were responsible and forcing them to rebuild his desolate home of Sovereignty. The people who inhabit this place now call it The Red.
